Terms of Use

Rules for electronic services on the public Hearquence website. Last updated 16 September 2026.

1. Who provides these services

The services described here are provided by Grzegorz Idryjan, operating as "Hearquence", Na Piasku 4/5, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland, referred to below as "we" or "the Provider". You can reach us at hello@hearquence.com.

These terms apply to this public website only. is provided under a separate agreement.

2. Services covered

We provide the following services free of charge:

• access to the information published on this website;
• pre-recorded demonstrations of how the product works;
• a live demo that processes speech from your microphone and shows the resulting structured sports data;
• an enquiry form for requesting contact or product access.

No payment, registration or account is required for any of them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend or withdraw any of these free services.

3. Technical requirements

To use the website you need:

• a device with internet access;
• a current version of a standard web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled;
• for the live demo: a working microphone, permission granted to the browser to use it, and a browser supporting audio capture and WebSocket connections;
• an active email address, if you wish to use the enquiry form.

Using the internet always carries some risk. We recommend keeping your browser and operating system up to date.

4. Starting and ending use

Use of the website begins when you open a page and ends when you close it. No agreement of continuing duration is created.

Use of the live demo begins when you start a recording and ends when the recording stops, when you leave the page, or automatically after roughly 12 seconds. You may stop at any time, and you may withdraw microphone permission in your browser at any time.

Use of the enquiry form begins when you submit it and ends when we have dealt with your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not oblige either side to enter into a contract.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• supply unlawful content, or content infringing the rights of others;
• submit false data, or impersonate another person or organisation;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, circumvent usage limits, or gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;
• use automated tools to consume the free services beyond normal human use;
• use the services to process content you are not entitled to process.

The live demo is intended for sports commentary. Do not use it to submit sensitive personal information or confidential material, whether your own or another person's.

We apply usage limits and anti-abuse measures to keep the free services available, and we may block access where these rules are broken.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its content, branding and the underlying software belong to the Provider or its licensors. You may view and share the published content, but you may not copy, modify or commercially reuse it without our consent. Results produced by the live demo may be used freely for evaluating the product.

7. Liability

The free services are provided as they are, for demonstration and information. Demo output is generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect, so it must not be relied on as an accurate record of any sporting event. We remain liable under applicable law, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including liability to consumers.

8. Complaints

If a service does not work as described, write to hello@hearquence.com. Please describe the problem, when it happened and how we can reach you. We will reply to the address you provide within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

9. Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and browser storage is described in our Cookie Policy.

10. Changes

We may change these terms, for example when the services offered here change. The version published on this page at the time you use the website is the one that applies. Because these services are used without an account and without any continuing agreement, changes take effect when published.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Polish law. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory rules in their country of residence.
